It is an Overload and Short Circuit Protection System Project that protects your layout from short circuits and overloads. It is essential to prevent damage to equipment. There are many options available in the market like MCB, electronic circuit breakers, etc. But this project has some main features, in this project we can select the overload and short circuit current according to our load capacity, this circuit has a 7 Amp. relay but it is designed only for 0 to 2Amp (up to 400watt). We can easily upgrade the circuit capacity by changing the relay and CT rating.

Specifications & Features:-

• Easy to select the current range using presets for desired output.
• 3 presets for 3 different settings.
• 1st preset control overload current.
• 2nd preset control overload delay time.
• 3rd preset control short circuit current.
• 220v to 12v 0.5A Transformer for reliable operation.
• 12v for the relay and 5v for controlling the circuit.
• 2 LEDs for indication of which fault is occurring.
• Buzzer for overload indication.
• Manual reset button.
• PCB size is (LxWxH) (6x4x0.78)inch ±5%.
• PCB weight is 57.57 gm ±5%.

• Caution this project operates from AC 220v 50Hz, So be careful while operating, mainly while performing short circuit operations.
